Job Description

Join our dynamic Amazon EU team as a highly driven Business Developer Intern. You will contribute to launching a new service, identify customer needs, and develop a strong pipeline. Key responsibilities include delivering results, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, proficient in English and local languages, and passionate about problem-solving and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver results: Identify market segment opportunities for our new service offering

  • Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trustful relationships with potential future customers

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Relay market segment needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Tech teams

  • Dive deep: Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas

  • Invent and Simplify: Analyze current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field

  • Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months

  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1)



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others

  • Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

  • Experience in the B2C logistics industry

  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs, sales and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce.com), eLearning tools
