You will be an expert in developing processes, dictating KPIs, and mentoring high-performing distributed teams in a thriving, fast-paced startup environment. As this is a hybrid role, there will be a requirement to have a presence in our Dublin office to collaborate with counterpart cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Lead and support a team of ambitious cross-regional BDRsContinuously develop and manage repeatable business development processesCreate quality outbound and inbound pipelines for our Account Executive teamProvide actionable insights from sales data for consistent improvements to processesCollaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop inbound and outbound campaignsEnsure the BDR team are capturing quality lead information to provide actionable insights for our Product teamCollaborate with our People team to design comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for our BDRsWe’re looking for someone who has...:3+ years demonstrated experience leading and scaling a high-performing team of BDRsProven history of working in a software company and understands the SaaS business modelDemonstrated experience forming and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are aligned to company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)Demonstrated experience as a SDR/BDR that can speak to the day-to-day challengesProven ability to interpret feedback, learn, and iterate quicklyPrevious experience working in an early stage or scaling SaaS companyDemonstrated experience coaching and mentoring both high performing and low performing direct reportsDemonstrated experience in collaborative environmentsDemonstrated experience building and maintaining productive relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teammatesDemonstrated experience collaborating with others to develop strategiesProtex AI is an inclusive and equal opportunities employer.
