Job Description
A people manager is sought to lead a team of Business Development Representatives in a scaling, cross-regional environment. Responsibilities include developing business processes, mentoring high-performing teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership experience, a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams, and experience in a software company and SaaS business model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of cross-regional BDRs
- Developing and managing repeatable business development processes
- Creating quality outbound and inbound pipelines for Account Executives
- Providing actionable insights from sales data
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams on campaigns
- Capturing quality lead information for the Product team
- Designing comprehensive onboarding and enablement programs with the People team
Qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience leading and scaling a high-performing team of BDRs
- Experience working in a software company and understanding the SaaS business model
- Demonstrated experience forming and managing KPIs aligned to company OKRs
- Experience coaching and mentoring high-performing and low-performing direct reports
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative environments and building relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teammates
