Business Development Manager - Corporate Care Remote Background: Medihive is excited to announce that we are recruiting a passionate Business Development and Clinical Partnership Manager to join the Revenue team. This role aims to further develop our market position in the ROI with our corporate clinical offering and clinical partnerships. These roles aim to further develop our market-leading position with Medihive and Webdoctor as the most prominent and longest-standing telehealth provider. Medihive operates across three verticals: Health & Care, Pharmacy and Telemedicine. Recently announced on Deloitte's Fast 50 list, Medihive is a health-tech organisation steeped in deep clinical and technical expertise. We are an Irish organisation with exceptional growth rates over the past few years. Supported by leading private and institutional investors, we have recently raised capital to capitalise on the exponential growth of digital healthcare over the coming years. Webdoctors Corporate Care product is a virtual healthcare solution that provides corporations, large & small, a cost-effective way to offer their staff medical coverage. It helps companies retain & obtain staff, improve employee satisfaction & reduce absenteeism. It allows company employees to see a doctor online when and where they need it. From their desk or home, employees can access the best medical advice from Irish-based online doctors 7 days a week. Weddoctors Corporate Care services include video consultations, repeat prescriptions, home test kits, on-site health checks, flu vaccinations, and wellness. This role will also be pivotal in exploring clinical partnership opportunities within the Irish market. Job Description: The role will be a mix of working from home office, face-to-face customer meetings and attendance at trade shows. Identifying each customers needs, challenges, and pain points and matching our solutions to drive a better healthcare journey for professionals and patients. Assisting in designing and articulating customer value propositions, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills. Being responsible for the end-to-end process from lead generation to close, leaning into other team members, where necessary, for all aspects from identification, nurture, pricing, contracting and negotiation. Drive core, repeatable business through a structured sales and pipeline management approach. Seek out upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering even greater customer value. Work with other team members in the Revenue Team to identify core markets, verticals, and individual targets. Producing proposals, pricing, and assisting with contracting, where necessary. Prospecting for leads in our CRM (we use Hubspot), LinkedIn, and public databases. Actively managing your pipeline to ensure you exceed quota. Developing your personal brand via social posting and appearance at trade events. Working closely with the Marketing Team, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure we remain customer-centric and responsive to market needs. Candidate Requirements: Ability to grow a pipeline from scratch and nurture deals to contract and Revenue. Experience in growing Medihives market presence and the skills to work autonomously and proactively. Good understanding of clinical systems, sales processes and internal sales systems. Energetic and infectious personality presents themselves professionally in every aspect. Excellent listening skills, fluent in English language, both written and spoken. Comfortable working in a team but takes personal responsibility for their success. Experience working as a BDM and meeting assigned quotas. Experience working in a Lead Generation function and building pipeline Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Current driving licence, access to a car and the ability to travel to certain customer meetings (mainly Dublin) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (Office), Google (G-Suite), CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), automated marketing applications (Hubspot etc), LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) applications.
