Business Development Manager Technical / Hardware Sales Perm, Full-Time Dublin, Hybrid I am seeking a hungry and driven Business Development Manager to join a an expanding team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role offers the chance to be at the forefront of business growth in the technical solutions industry. Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and product offerings, namely print and mobile solutions.  Identify and understand key customer needs and requirements to grow revenue through new and existing accounts. Forge and expand relationships with existing customers by proposing tailored solutions. Travel to customer sites to assess needs. Drive new sales and negotiate contracts with key clients, focusing on long-term relationships and meeting deadlines. Serve as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, resolving any issues to maintain trust. Generate a new business pipeline and maintain a database for tracking and business development. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of sales experience within technical, telecommunications, IT, or Print industries. Strong ambition, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude. Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with professionals at all levels. Proven track record in meeting sales quotas with the ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines. Enjoy a base salary of €50,000 and uncapped commision.
