Title: Business Development Manager - Dublin based Package: Upto €40,000 + commission + bonuses + company car / allowance + growth plans! Overview: I am delighted to be partnered with a luxury & premier Skincare brand who are stocked in huge retailers & much more in the pipeline. Due to expansion and growth my client are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow the business in ROI and be apart of an exciting journey. Responsibilities: * Hold a training qualification with the ability to complete in salon training for both new and existing salons. * Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales, ensuring consistent revenue growth. * Deliver excellent account support in the territory including retail training and event support. * Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market share and build long-term relationships with key retail partners, spas, clinics, and distributors. * Maintain regular and clear communication with your manager and sales support staff. * Attend sales and general meetings, training and events. * Assist at industry trade and retail shows both within and outside home territory. * Creating social media content from a sales and marketing perspective. * Uphold the values of the company and its brands with all audiences. * Drive marketing activity, alongside our team to raise the profile of the business both on and off line. You are: * At least 2 years’ experience in selling similar products in a B2B sales role, within beauty, salon, retail and/or pharmacy. * Beauty Therapy NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent. * Experience conducting brand or product training – a training qualification would be desirable. * Proven success in developing new markets and delivering new business against agreed sales targets. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
