Business Development Manager - Corporate Care
Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to further develop our market position in the ROI with our corporate clinical offering and clinical partnerships.

Job Description:- Identify customers' needs, challenges, and pain points and match our solutions to drive a better healthcare journey for professionals and patients.
- Assist in designing and articulating customer value propositions, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end process from lead generation to close, leaning into other team members, where necessary, for all aspects from identification, nurture, pricing, contracting, and negotiation.
- Drive core, repeatable business through a structured sales and pipeline management approach.
- Seek out upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering even greater customer value.
- Work with other team members in the Revenue Team to identify core markets, verticals, and individual targets.
- Produce proposals, pricing, and assist with contracting, where necessary.
- Prospect for leads in our CRM (we use Hubspot), Linked In, and public databases.
- Actively manage your pipeline to ensure you exceed quota.
- Develop your personal brand via social posting and appearance at trade events.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure we remain customer-centric and responsive to market needs.
Requirements:- Ability to grow a pipeline from scratch and nurture deals to contract and revenue.
- Experience in growing Medihive's market presence and the skills to work autonomously and proactively.
- Good understanding of clinical systems, sales processes, and internal sales systems.
- Energetic and infectious personality presents themselves professionally in every aspect.
- Excellent listening skills, fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working in a team but takes personal responsibility for their success.
- Experience working as a BDM and meeting assigned quotas.
- Experience working in a Lead Generation function and building pipeline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (Office), Google (G-Suite), CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), automated marketing applications (Hubspot etc), Linked In (Sales Navigator) applications.
