Job Description

Business Development Manager for Materials Manufacturing company in Dublin/Belfast Corridor. Develop sales plan, build customer relationships, and increase sales in diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales plan for the division.
  • Develop Key Account Plans for top accounts and implement Joint Business Plans.
  • Work the territory in a targeted approach with regular visits to customers.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Manage the influx of orders from regular and new customers.
  • Monitor divisional sales and category performance.
  • Liaise with innovation department to communicate customer requirements.
  • Work closely with Customer Services to resolve customer queries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record exceeding targets in business development/account management.
  • Experience working with CRM system and sales pipeline management.
  • Growth mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced role.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude and exceptional motivation.
  • Excellent organisational and networking skills.
  • Commercially savvy with ability to challenge the business.
  • IT literate with excellent MS office skills.
  • Preferred experience in packaging or materials industry.
