**Business Development Manager (Medtech) - Galway, Ireland** Drive growth and build lasting relationships within the Medtech sector as a Business Development Manager for a late-stage Medtech startup based in Galway, Ireland. **About the Role** As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and building lasting relationships within the Medtech sector. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Medtech industry, including contract manufacturers, OEMs, and CDMOs. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Medtech industry • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals and deliver on commitments • Identify and pursue new client opportunities, driving business development initiatives within the Medtech sector • Provide clients with valuable insights into market trends, industry developments, and best practices • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts • Track and analyze client account performance to ensure growth and high satisfaction rates **Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or client services within the Medtech or a related industry • Strong understanding of the Medtech landscape, including market dynamics and regulatory considerations • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients • Skilled at managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting **What's on Offer** • Competitive salary: €45,000-€60,000 DOE, uncapped commission (20% OTE) and matched pension contributions • Growth opportunities: A chance to develop professionally in a dynamic and evolving industry • Innovative environment: Be part of a team that's shaping the future of Medtech from Galway • Supportive culture: Collaborative and encouraging work environment that values your contributions • Impact: Play a role in advancing medical technology and improving patient care
