Morgan McKinley has partnered with a leading business specialising in the Medical Device sector in Galway City. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to add a Business Development Manager to join an expanding team. Benefits: Salary: €55,000 to €60,000 (Negotiable - Depending on Experience) Commission Hybrid | 4 days in office, Friday WFH Pension Mileage Responsibilities: * Targeting prospects and developing new business opportunities/projects for the client companies * Visiting customers within the territory once a quarter - Ireland, UK and Europe * Facilitating conference calls between the client company and customers. * Representing the client company at tradeshows and other networking events. * Following up on new opportunities as well as quotations that have been submitted to customers. * Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with the client companies in the interest of managing expectations and excellent business relations for all. * Sales Reports by customer and revenue KPI reports analysis and interpretation of data strategic recommendations in relation to driving new sales. Skills and Experience: * Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Medical Device, Life Science industry is essential. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Excellent organisational skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
