Job Description

Business Development Manager sought for a leading industrial corporation with a strong presence in the UK and EMEA, offering a range of electrical, electronic components, fasteners, and consumables to OEM and MRO markets.

Established for over 50 years, the company operates worldwide with a significant turnover and a large structured sales and sales management function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing key accounts, working at senior management level with customers to promote the company's Just-in-Time (JIT) and Managed Inventory solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business opportunities and developing existing key accounts
  • Working at senior management level with customers to promote JIT and Managed Inventory solutions
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar new business development or senior sales role, ideally in industrial, technical, electronic/electrical components, fasteners, or consumables
  • Ability to sell JIT and Managed Inventory solutions at a senior level to OEM and MRO markets
  • Drive and ambition to drive career forward
