Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a leading logistics provider in Ireland.


Our client is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for sourcing potential customer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Close specified number of customers per month.
  • Actively follow up on all incoming leads.
  • Communicate with Land Business Unit and other departments.
  • Collaborate with Branch Team and Product Management.
  • Generate new business worth 3x your salary or a specified volume.
  • Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs in most efficient, costeffective way.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding new major business clients.
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and driven approach.
