Salary: overall package including ote €75K, car plus benefits. The Role: Sales Excellence: Proactively engage with customers, both existing and potential, to showcase the superior quality and benefits of the products. Demonstrate a deep understanding of tools and their applications, offering expert advice to meet the unique needs of each customer. Field Sales Expertise: Leverage your proven field sales experience to reach out to customers directly in their environment, conduct product demonstrations, and provide personalized consultations to maximize sales opportunities. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening to their requirements, addressing their concerns, and ensuring exceptional service at all times. Become the trusted advisor that customers rely on for all their outdoor power equipment needs. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in products and technologies. Continuously educate yourself on the features and benefits of their tools to deliver persuasive sales pitches and impactful product demonstrations. Territory Management: Efficiently manage and grow your sales territory by identifying new leads, visiting potential clients, and following up on leads generated through various channels. Develop strategies to increase market share and customer base. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline to your direct line manager. Generate regular sales reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies. The Candidate: Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the power equipment, tools, or related industries. Strong Sales professional Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and influence decision-making. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as we Valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
