Business Development Representative Raheen, Limerick - Hybrid position.

You will be a member of the Limerick team and work closely with business development and technical teams delivering on projects at a global level.
**The Role**
* Develop industry sector knowledge.
* Provide customers with proven solutions to address their business issues.
* Deliver active discussion and debate on opportunities for improving business processes.
* Work with customers on manufacturing improvement & design projects.
* Create and develop your own pipeline of opportunities.
* Develop target customers and prospects within a defined sales territory.

* Leverage effective sales processes.
* Coordinate with internal departments.
* Support company strategic plans and marketing campaigns.
* Achieve high growth and revenue targets.
* Develop company sales strategy.
* Communicate at all levels internally and externally.
**Requirements**
* Industry knowledge in Engineering, Automation or relevant discipline (desirable).
* Minimum 1 year experience selling technical or business solutions (desirable).
* Strong initiative for sales with a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand technical concepts.
* Full driving licence required (occasional travel to client sites).
