Job Description

Our client, a leading healthcare service provider, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join their team in Cork.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the strategic goals of the company.

Full time permanent position


Salary:
€40,000 - €45,000


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Support the Commercial Director in targeting new clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiating terms to close deals and form longterm partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions and meet strategic goals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: €40,000 €45,000
  • Hybrid working with 23 remote days per week
  • 20 days annual leave
