This role will report to the Tirln Business Excellence Manager, you will work as part of a highly motivated and experienced Business Excellence team as well as site-based stakeholders to bring continuous improvement to life each day.
Third level qualification or relevant experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Process Improvement or product development, project management In depth understanding of lean systems with hands on experience utilizing lean tools in an effective manner Knowledge of the Shingo model of operational excellence an advantage Experience in Change Management and/or Project Management an advantage Lean six sigma green belt or black belt certified a distinct advantage Proven track record of delivery of projects within tight time frames Experience working with cross functional teams Experience in dealing with cultural change at all levels Previous experience of training/facilitating groups is a distinct advantage Self-confident with the ability to promote a new way of thinking Highly motivated and self-driven Excellent influencing skills About us Through our expertise in research and development, customer insights, food safetyand state-of-the-art manufacturing we bring innovative food and nutrition solutions to a global market.
