Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and managing sales documentation. Maintain customer records and support the team in achieving sales targets. Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating events. Help manage social media platforms and track campaign performance. Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal departments, and managing communications. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional service and support. Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
