**Business Intelligence Analyst (Analytics)** We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business growth and revenue. The successful candidate will have a strong background in analytics, mathematics, or computer systems, with 2-4 years of experience in a related field. They will be able to analyze and translate data into business propositions, enabling customers to drive their revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular market intelligence on mobile operator customers * Develop strong partnerships with MNO business owners to maximize untapped revenue streams * Analyze and report on trends and anomalies in traffic activity * Design and implement intelligent rule-based analytics to detect and eliminate non-revenue generated SMS traffic * Conduct trend analysis on A2 P traffic and identify activity that is not aligned with seasonal characteristics, growth patterns, and established trends * Present dynamic and real-time data analysis reporting to customers * Collaborate with Anam Engineering teams and Operations teams to develop and productize new reporting features **Requirements:** * 3rd Level / MSc Qualification in Analytics/Mathematics/Computer Systems * 2-4 years' experience in a related field/role (Business Analyst/Analytics) * Good commercial acumen and previous experience of working directly with Business Owners * Ability to analyze and translate data into business propositions * Experience in designing and generating detailed reporting and real-time Dashboard components * Previous exposure to ELK stack (Elastic Search, Logstash and Kibana) an advantage * Strong analytical skills and highly organized * Competent working with figures and spreadsheets * Strong team ethic and comfortable with customer engagement **About Anam:** Anam is the world leading independent provider of Messaging solutions for Mobile Operators, specializing in A2 P Monetisation, Security & Hubbing applications.
