Join us and be part of shaping the future of construction.Job SummaryAs a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will work closely with leadership-level clients to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver digital solutions. You’ll design and implement BI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric, focusing on Power BI and data infrastructure for the construction industry. We are seeking a variety of skill levels for a Business Intelligence Consultant located in Limerick or surrounding areas willing to commute.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and gather requirements, primarily within the construction EPC marketServe as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring clear alignment on project goalsDesign and develop Power BI solutions, covering the entire process from ETL to data modelling and dashboard creationBuild and maintain data pipelines and OneLake data warehouses using Microsoft Fabric to support BI solutionsIntegrate Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance business processes where applicableLead BI projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on timeContinuously refine and optimise solutions in response to client feedbackContribute to building and mentoring internal teams, enhancing overall company data awarenessFuture opportunities to specialise in either product ownership or development are anticipatedMust have EU/UK citizenship or hold a valid stamp 4 working visaOur Ideal CandidateOur ideal candidate is experienced with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Fabric, especially Power BI. With a strong track record of engaging leadership-level clients in the construction sector, delivering tailored BI solutions, and managing projects from start to finish. Excel in designing BI solutions, managing data infrastructure, and integrating business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate. Strong communication skills, project management abilities, and relevant education or certifications are essential.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field2-5 years experience in a similar roleMicrosoft certifications are desirableStrong experience as a BI Consultant, Developer, or Product OwnerExpertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft Fabric, with a primary focus on Power BIFamiliarity with, or willingness to learn about, the construction sector and EPC processesExcellent communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with teamsStrong problem-solving and project management abilitiesCapacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWhat's On OfferJoining WiiGroup means you get to work with creative professionals who want to push the boundaries of innovation & digitalisation.
