The Business Process Consultant will be part of the Data Enablement team nested in the Clinical Solutions Data Ops workstream responsible for driving global execution of scaled data processes required to deliver the risk adjustment and quality services. Within this broader team, the key accountability for the Business Process Consultant will be process controls, issue remediation and execution of provider payment and client invoicing processes associated to the Optum In Office Assessment Program. Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model. Primary Responsibilities of the Business Process Consultant: Perform capacity planning and reporting Claims related and business system analysis All aspects of quality assurance Create and edit requirements, specifications, cost benefit analysis and recommendations to proposed solutions Facilitate development of process documentation Required Qualifications of the Business Process Consultant: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent working experience Experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties Moderate Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product Ability to spend extended periods of sitting at a computer and use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
