Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end business process execution for the Clinical Solutions Data Operations business.
- Drive continuous development of existing processes as well as develop new processes to meet emerging business needs.
- Work collaboratively, and in partnership with a broad spectrum of business partners to ensure flawless execution of business processes across the full end-to-end spectrum of the Clinical Solutions Data Operations business.
- Perform capacity planning and operational reporting and introduce new and innovative ideas to promote growth and value across the business.
- Proactively support and facilitate the development of business process documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College or equivalent working experience.
- Experience analyzing and solving customer problems.
- Experience leading Data Quality initiatives and execution of end-to-end business process execution.
- Proven track record of developing, executing and monitoring business process controls to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry.
- Certification or training related to Business Process Management & Data Quality.
- Experience in configuring and leading business workstreams.
- Experience of using of Talend, Rundeck or Power Bi.
