About the Role

As a Business Process Lead, you will be part of a team responsible for identifying and driving HR Operations special projects, initiatives, and operational improvements.

  • Develop and track HR Ops metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery, reduce complexity, and foster HR-wide collaboration
  • Optimize vendor tools and services to enable efficient and effective service delivery
  • Implement AI tools and coordinate with the broader technology team

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and tracking of HR Ops metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Optimization of vendor tools and services
  • Implementation of AI tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Process, Business Analyst, or Process Improvement role
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Office 365, Power Bi, Workday, and Service Now
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Six Sigma and lean techniques
  • Strong relationship management skills
