About the Role
As a Business Process Lead, you will be part of a team responsible for identifying and driving HR Operations special projects, initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Develop and track HR Ops metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery, reduce complexity, and foster HR-wide collaboration
- Optimize vendor tools and services to enable efficient and effective service delivery
- Implement AI tools and coordinate with the broader technology team
Key Responsibilities
- Development and tracking of HR Ops metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
- Identification and implementation of process improvements
- Optimization of vendor tools and services
- Implementation of AI tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Process, Business Analyst, or Process Improvement role
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Office 365, Power Bi, Workday, and Service Now
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Six Sigma and lean techniques
- Strong relationship management skills
