Role/Department: As a Business Process Lead you will be part of a team responsible for identifying and driving HR Operations special projects, initiatives, and operational improvements across Payroll, Time Leave & Absence, HR Services and Vendor Management to continuously improve and optimize the function from a people, process, and technology perspective. You will be instrumental in ensuring we are leveraging best practices and tools across the function to enhance the employee experience while identifying opportunities to decrease risk and increase productivity. Key responsibilities: Development and tracking of HR Ops metrics, KPIs, and dashboards Identification and implementation of Process Improvements to improve delivery, reduce complexity, incorporate ownership, minimize duplicate efforts, while fostering HR wide collaboration Identification and optimization of WD utilization and capabilities Implementation of administrative/technology changes due to other HR COE initiatives Coordination with HRIT to manage and prioritize the HR Ops technology docket Monitoring and researching best practices, surveys, and benchmarking Identification and optimization of vendor tools, services, etc. that enable more efficient and effective service delivery Identification and implementation of AI tools, coordinating with broader technology team, including vendor capabilities Skills/Qualifications: The successful candidate will benefit from having: 5 Years plus experience in a Business Process, Business Analyst or Process Improvement role Ability to operate independently and lead projects from inception to conclusion Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Office 365, Power Bi, Workday, Service Now Analytical and problem solving skills Experience of applying Six Sigma and lean techniques Knowledge of human resource programs ideally within a Shared Services environment Strong Relationship Management skills with the ability to influence decisions Excellent oral and written communication skills Working with Us: As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
