With 8 showrooms situated at Airside near Swords, a further 4 at Navan Road and our Bray dealership we are located close to the motorway network and easily accessible from all areas of Greater Dublin. As a result of our ongoing expansion and business growth, we are seeking to strengthen our management team by appointment of positive and motivated individuals to take the business to the next level and achieve the strategic goals that we have set. We are seeking to appoint a seasoned Business Process Manager with extensive experience in the development, design and implementation of end to end to end Business Processes to drive improvements, alignment and communication in the organisation. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can improve overall performance by managing and optimising organisational processes and develop systems and infrastructure to facilitate Sales, After Sales and Administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. The Group utilises the Pinewood/Pinnacle Dealer Management System to administer and report on all aspects of the business from initial customer contact to vehicle sales and after sales processing. With integration between all departments, it provides full management and financial reporting in real-time. Role responsibilities: Manage all information systems across all disciplines within the Group. Ensure IT solutions and design meet the needs of the business and that all aspects have been thoroughly tested, documented and implemented. Develop integrated communication solutions for all dealership locations. Identify and communicate cross functional dependencies, barriers and issues when creating or changing end-to-end processes. Partner with other department heads to ensure adherence to processes in all departments. Manage hardware and software installations and upgrades. Maintain information systems by planning, monitoring, and directing employees/external consultants. Provide coaching, leadership, and training to enhance staff performance and adherence to process in all departments. Assess information systems by auditing their application and results. Focus on driving process improvements and system utilisation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in planning and designing technologies to meet the growing needs of the business. Safeguard assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Use reporting tools and dashboards, report out and highlight operational performance deviations Ensure operational issues including technical issues affecting operational performance are escalated and resolved. Ensure compliance with all data regulations and standards such as GDPR. Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to support decision-making, strategic planning and implementation to ensure alignment between all operational departments. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelors Degree in Business Management Information Systems, or Engineering Minimum 10 years PQE in a medium or large enterprise, preferably from the motor, retail, manufacturing or engineering sectors. Functional technical skills with a strong understanding of business intelligence technology. Process Management skills, with an ability to utilise design and review methodologies to ensure all aspects of process steps and opportunities are captured. A track record of project management and leading successful continuous improvement projects(e.g. six sigma, lean six sigma, lean manufacturing, business process management.) A proven experience in managing and developing IT functions for business. Experience in regulation interpretation and implementation e.g. GDPR (General data protection regulation) Proficiency in motor dealer management or similar retail systems, highly desirable Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional organisational, analytical and process optimisation skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
