Senior Business Process Manager - Transport Management Job Purpose: This is a senior role within the program, specifically focused on Transport Management, responsible for ensuring interoperability across SAP S/4HANA and related systems. You will lead the design and implementation of new ways of working, leveraging SAP S/4HANA standards to meet business requirements while achieving cross-divisional alignment within the Transport Management domain. Key Responsibilities: Transport Management Process Design: Lead the design and development of new ways of working specifically related to Transport Management, utilising SAP S/4HANA standards to maximise efficiency and meet business needs. Stakeholder Management: Negotiate and influence key stakeholders within the Transport Management domain to achieve divisional alignment with common processes. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts focused on Transport Management, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Change Management: Support the change management team in guiding the business through the change curve, maximising technology adoption and minimising resistance within the Transport Management domain. Collaboration: Work closely with other Business Process Managers and Functional Consultants, particularly those focused on Transport Management, to ensure the integrity and efficiency of end-to-end processes. Project Delivery: Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities related to Transport Management, ensuring successful implementation. Your Profile: Proven experience in a senior role within SMR, with a strong understanding of business operations, particularly in the Transport Management domain. Deep knowledge of relevant functional areas within Transport Management and ability to anticipate challenges. Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills within the Transport Management domain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive collaboration within the Transport Management domain. Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, particularly those focused on Transport Management. Previous project and/or change management experience preferred, with a focus on Transport Management initiatives.
