What You'll Do As a Business Product Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business and user needs into actionable insights for product development and deployment. Your work will shape the digital tools that power operational excellence and asset optimisation. You'll have the opportunity to: Transform Business Needs into Digital Solutions: Understand business and user requirements, translating them into detailed use cases, user stories, and process flows that drive product innovation. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: As an integral part of the squad, you'll work closely with product owners and developers, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with the needs of the business and customers. Lead Product Development Sprints: Stay 2-3 sprints ahead, ensuring clarity and readiness for each feature. Help create a clear "definition of done" for every deliverable. Optimise Business Processes: Use business process improvement methods to drive operational efficiencies and ensure that system configurations meet the highest standards. Support System Development and Testing: Document processes, contribute to UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and track progress through data-driven reports. Manage Dependencies & Drive Innovation: Work across multiple product teams to manage dependencies, ensuring smooth integration and a focus on continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a related field. Experience in Digital Product Development LCM processes such as POC/MVP/SCALE/SUSTAIN. Familiarity with Manufacturing or Quality Systems in a GMP environment (e.g., SAP, MES, LIMS, DCS). Strong understanding of E2E manufacturing and product release processes. Proven ability to empathise with customers, tailor solutions, and deliver exceptional user experiences. A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for challenging the status quo and innovating through experimentation. Ability to quickly learn industry trends and apply them to your work. Analytical skills and experience with feature prioritisation, backlog management, and team metrics (burn-down charts, release burn-ups, etc.). Knowledge of Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, and Emerging Technology. Experience in facilitating product team ceremonies and resolving blockers. A strong focus on Business Agility and a commitment to agile delivery with measurable outcomes. Why Join This Team?
