A Business Product Analyst is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our Cork based Biotech Multinational client - a 6 month initial contract role. ROLE: * Working within the Digital Operations and Technical Services - DOTS, Digital Manufacturing (DM) team, you will focus on building digital capabilities to deliver, scale, and support manufacturing systems and digital products to ensure full integration from factory floor to business solutions. REQUIREMENTS: * A minimum of a bachelors degree is required, preferably in an Engineering, Science, IT or another related field * A minimum of 5+ years of related experience required * Experience of Digital Product Development LCM management process (POC/MVP/SCALE/SUSTAIN) * Experience in Manufacturing or Quality Systems in a GMP environment (SAP, MES, LIMS, DCS) * Systems and Digital product LCM Management Experience * Experience of the E2E manufacturing and product release processes * Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and a mentality to challenge the status quo and continuously innovate through experimentation (test & learn). * Experience using analytics techniques for feature prioritization * Experienced in facilitating product team ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics Please call Diarmuid Buckley today for further information on or email: CareerWise Recruitment (In Search of Excellence) Established in 1999, CareerWise Recruitment specialises in recruitment of management and technical professionals for the life sciences, ICT, engineering, food and agri sectors.
