**Global Financial Institution Seeks PSD2 Compliance Expert** We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Regulatory Management and Controls team, responsible for shaping the future of Citi's Services organization in Dublin. **Job Description:** As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with PSD2 requirements across Europe, identifying enhancements to documentation, controls, and processes, and establishing effective governance over a Tier 1 regulation. You will also serve as a key resource for impacted Product/Cluster areas, advising and supporting on the effective design and implementation of key controls and processes. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage compliance monitoring routines, internal audits, and serve as a key contributor to Service's regulatory forums. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with PSD2 requirements and associated regulations across Europe * Identify enhancements to documentation, controls, and processes to comply with PSD2 * Establish effective governance over a Tier 1 regulation * Serve as a key resource for impacted Product/Cluster areas * Coordinate and manage compliance monitoring routines and internal audits * Serve as a key contributor to Service's regulatory forums **Requirements:** * Significant expertise in Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Legal, or other regulatory functions within the Financial Services sector * Deep understanding of PSD2 and payment processes * Proven record in monitoring compliance to regulation * Excellent business acumen and ability to interact with senior leaders * Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities * Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with advanced tools **What We Offer:** * Flexible team environment that values diversity and encourages ownership of work * Opportunity to monitor Citi's compliance with a Tier 1 regulation * Competitive base salary and benefits package * Hybrid working model with up to 2 days working from home per week * Opportunity to work on a comprehensive transformation program to standardize PSD2 compliance **About Citi Dublin:** Citi has a presence in Ireland since 1965 and is the Citibank Europe Plc Headquarters.
