Job Description Based in Dublin, this role will work with a diverse team and report in to two key managers: the Business Systems Manager, focused on APC technological needs for now and the future. The other is the Performance Manager, responsible for defining and monitoring the key performance metrics thats enable our business to maintain an efficiencies and a high standard of service. The focus will be on efficient operational improvement initiatives and roll out. Responsibilities A solid ability to interrogate information and resolve opportunities for efficiencies and improvements. Review KPIs and performance management areas to determine root cause and identify improvement plans. Work multi-functionally with all ops teams regarding design criteria, challenges in operations and understanding the elements required in the efficient outputs. Create multiple processes and improvement plans for the APC group. Act as an internal consultant and project lead on project groups as required. Project and programme management analysis. Support the Business Systems and Performance Managers in relation to business plans, user documentation and process defining and solution groups. Qualifications The ideal applicant will have at least 5 years experience working in Operations and/or strong analytical, project management or processing engineering background. You will hold a (Level 6) qualification in either analytics, project management or process engineering or as stated above, have the relevant operational experience. You will possess the skills to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information, to produce efficient and effective office designs. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project, Oracle Analytics would be desirable. You will have the interpersonal skills to build/maintain excellent relationships across multiple business functions, and excellent time management skills and prioritisation ability. You will be adept at report writing and communicating findings. Key Skills A methodical and logical approach to problem solving. Strong negotiation, leadership and communications skills. Customer and quality focused. Ability to observe (based on site visits) and learn how an operational environment can be examined statistically. An understanding of how data will roll-up to weekly, monthly, quarterly etc. reports.
