We are seeking for an experienced Business System Lead. The role involves managing the support, availability, and performance of key business applications, ensuring they meet defined service levels. We are seeking candidates with a solid background in Application Support Analysis who are ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to deliver IT services that align with organisational objectives. Responsibilities: Take ownership of coordinating and delivering day-to-day IT applications. Act as the first point of contact for IT business application issues. Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Operations teams. Prepare and review technical and support documentation. Develop Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards. Monitor systems to ensure data integrity for BI and financial reporting and take or assist with remedial actions. The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of experience supporting business applications, including developing management reports from databases. Experience providing direct end-user support and working through full project life cycles from analysis to deployment. Familiarity with ITIL processeswould be a plus. Strong skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and database management (ensuring data quality). Knowledge of ERP systems within the event management industry is desirable. Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools, especially Power BI. A 3rd-level qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
