Job Details Role Requirements Role Requirement 1 Service Development and Delivery Support technical, financial, operational direction, requirements gathering, testing and post deployment activities to ensure on-time delivery of work. Maintain a strong commitment to customer care - both internally and externally. Support a culture of continuous improvement. Support cross-programme and cross-functional business planning in respect of SI&E business systems and processes. Deliver on agreed KPIs and performance metrics. Role Requirement 2 Business Supports and Controls Working with and as support to the co-ordinator in providing business and systems supports to a variety of systems. Administration support to a variety of systems. Creation and maintenance of procedures and guidance documents. Support the Software Development Life Cycle from requirements gathering to go live. Working with the co-ordinator as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) to develop and implement a unit approach. Ensure accuracy and integrity of information and data on allocated systems. Support and complete data management functions and any quality improvement processes. Role Requirement 3 Team Support Engage in daily support and communications within the team so that all customer queries are actioned and resolved in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Act as a point of support and advise where other team members require additional assistance to manage internal and external customer requirements. Work with teammates to develop knowledge and foster a learning culture whilst continuing to develop own knowledge of programme rules, guidelines, escalation paths etc. Role Requirement 4 Service Excellence Provide ongoing evaluation of processes and suggest methods to improve team operations, efficiency and service to customers. Contribute to the development and implementation of unit wide processes and procedures; suggest methods to improve our service delivery. Ensure standard responses, standard operating and training documents are kept relevant and up to date. Seek to understand impacts of and adapt to change. Assist other teams at busy periods to ensure that programme and project timelines are met. Required Experience 2/3 years minimum administration i.e. data management and/or experience with user acceptance testing, training Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle. Strong organisational skills. Proficient in MS packages e.g. Dynamics 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint portals, Power Bi (or other data visualization tools). A proven customer service ethos with strong relationship building skills across business teams and external stakeholders. Knowledge of workings within the community/voluntary/public sector.
