About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Expert to join our EMEA Public Cloud team in Ireland. As a Business Transformation Expert, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by implementing SAP Cloud ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on internal and customer initiatives in Public Cloud ERP.
- Provide support to both customers and internal SAP Teams.
- Collaborate with a team of consultants to support customers with their overall Cloud Transformation journey.
- Participate in customer workshops and manage scope and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred but not essential.
- 2 years + of experience in the consulting and/or support business.
- A focus in 1 or more of the following areas: Professional Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Finance, BTP, Integration.
- High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen.
- Strategic analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented.
- Flexibility and proven ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English. Additional languages is a nice to have.
