Comfortable presenting and defending business cases, assumptions and financial information to expert audiences.Degree plus post grad qualifications in Business, Innovation, Finance, MBA or equivalent.Passionate about transformation and innovation with the ability to work with C-Level clients to bring them through ideation and turn strategic ideas into solid business proposals.Highly developed stakeholder management capabilities to engage with key stakeholders across a complex organization to gain buy-in and support for business transformation initiatives.Strong executive presence, advanced written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills, teamwork, and client management skills.Objective, critical thinking, and ability to work with ambiguity to identify and define clear direction.Experience working effectively and delivering at pace within a hybrid remote team.Familiarity with automation technologies, including Power Automate, and their application in a business context would be an advantage.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:Engaging with senior sponsors to understand and explore business challenges and develop project briefs.Scoping Business Transformation Initiatives to build compelling business cases to support innovation and strategic transformation across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives while demonstrating the value and benefits of T&C services.Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, gather high-level requirements, and scope automation / Power Platform solutions that align with their strategic objectives.Manage a portfolio of change projects to provide senior oversight, direction and accountability for outcomes.Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to gain buy-in and support for business transformation initiatives, remove blockers and overcome challenges.Successfully present project proposals, updates and complex data to senior audiences based on your excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.Lead in a team environment where you will multi-task, support junior colleagues and produce quality deliverables on time.Your team:Change is inevitable.
