Lead a team of 4-6 safety advisors, implementing best practices across sites. Assist in developing company strategy, ensuring workplaces meet policy standards, and monitoring health and safety performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist Head of H&S in developing and rolling out company strategy
* Ensure workplaces are audited and risk reviewed in accordance with policy
* Monitor health and safety performance within the Business Unit
* Assist tender and pre-qualification teams with health and safety submissions
**Requirements:**
* 10+ years of experience in a senior health and safety position within the construction industry
* Third-level qualification in health and safety or occupational health and safety
* Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
* Experience with IT and digital technology
