Butcher Excel Recruitment is delighted to announce we are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our retail client based in Cork. Ideal for Skilled Butcher, Assistant Butcher, and Senior Butcher. Salary: €35k - €38k Responsibilities of this Butcher : Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for sale Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products (pre-pack experience) Performing quality inspections on meats and other products (HACCP) Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments Requirements of this Butcher : Prior experience as a Butcher Vast knowledge of meat, fish, and poultry Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a team under pressure If you are interested in this job, or any other Butcher retail jobs on the Excel Recruitment website, please apply directly via the link below.
