Salary: €35k-€38k Key Responsibilities of this Butcher: Efficiently process and cut various types of meat according to customer specifications and quality standards. Manage inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and rotation. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety guidelines. Who you are as a Butcher: Proven experience as a butcher, with a solid understanding of meat cuts and processing techniques. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
