**The Procurement Team**

The Procurement team plays a critical role in ensuring that we control costs as our events scale. They work closely with the Live Events team to produce all elements of our events, from stages to exhibitions. Key responsibilities include:

* Working directly with third-party suppliers to agree on SLAs and negotiate contracts
* Coordinating and managing our production approval process
* Purchasing goods, materials, and services to meet the company's operational needs
* Negotiating contracts, improving prices, and terms of business with suppliers to deliver savings
* Building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers

**Key Skills**

* First-hand experience working within a procurement function with a minimum of three years experience
* Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
* Working knowledge of best practice buying and negotiating strategies
* Experience of financial analysis
* Ability to summarise and present key findings in a clear and concise way
