Seeking a skilled CAD Customer Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance to customers using CAD (PLM) software.

We are looking for a customer-focused professional to provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers using CAD (PLM) software
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CAD (PLM) software, including installation, configuration, and usage problems
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to help customers understand and use CAD (PLM) software features
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, FAQs, and support guides to assist customers
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to improve training content and user experience
  • Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with CAD software
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Auto CAD, Solid Works, Revit) and familiarity with IT systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
