Responsibilities:
- Provide expert customer support and industry knowledge through guidance and assistance.
- Conduct product demos and showcase solutions to attract new clients.
- Offer comprehensive training across multiple products to ensure customer proficiency and satisfaction.
- Act as a key resource for customers during project work, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Engineering qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Inventor is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently to meet project deadlines.
- A creative thinker with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
