One of our well established clients in Dublin, Ireland is looking for a CAD Technician for a 12 month contract. Being responsible for provision of mapping services across the business to support and advise on the management of property portfolio, assisting in the maintenance of existing assets and in the delivery of projects within the organisation. Looking at Utilising Esri Arc CIS & AutoCAD map to produce a range of properly related mapping. Responsible for producing legal mapping and related advisory services to internal and external professionals, examining property title documents, definition of boundaries etc. Managing property files and spatial data, creating, modifying, maintaining and analysing geospatial databases which manage the property ownership and resolver any 3rd party queries or disputes. Looking at preparation of drawings, maps and documentation for planning applications, environment impact statements, production of maps etc. Would suit someone with 5 years experience in this sector, proven experience with AutoCad, ArcGIS, MapInfo, or similar GIS packages. 2 days in the Dublin office and 3 days working remotely.
