Café Manager We are seeking a passionate and experienced Café Manager to lead our clients bustling 70-seater café located in the heart of Dublin City Centre. If you have a background in cafés, coffee shop, catering, or deli, and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you! A supportive working environment with direct reporting to the Café General Manager. Salary: €32k - €35k Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction Lead, motivate, and manage a dynamic team, including scheduling and performance management Ensure all health and safety standards are met, with responsibility for HACCP compliance and food safety Work closely with the Café General Manager to implement strategies for increasing sales and profitability Manage stock levels, order supplies, and monitor budgets to ensure cost control Maintain excellent presentation of food, beverages, and overall café ambiance Requirements Proven experience in café, catering, or deli management Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge and practical experience with HACCP procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities If you interested in this position lease apply today.
