Job Description

**Postdoctoral Fellow in Population Health** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Population Health, working on innovative research projects and developing education programs in population health leadership. **About the Role** The successful candidate will work directly with faculty members on designated research projects, generating research funding, and translating outputs for academic publication, influencing policy and practice. The role also includes supporting the development and delivery of innovative postgraduate and professional education as part of RCSI's new education program in population health leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Contribute to the development and delivery of an innovative education program in population health leadership and science * Support curriculum design and content development of new teaching programs * Deliver engaging lectures and other teaching modalities in areas appropriate to the needs of the School of Population Health Faculty and Cameron Programme Team * Liaise and collaborate with colleagues in the RCSI Schools as required * Contribute to quality assurance/quality improvement and accreditation of existing modules * Work directly with faculty members on designated research projects in the field of Population Health, generating research funding, and translating outputs for academic publication, influencing policy and practice **Requirements** * PhD or equivalent in an area relevant to population health or evidence-based health * Some experience of teaching facilitation, assessment, and evaluation * Ability to engage postgraduate students through a range of teaching modes * Evidence of a developing research profile * Strong commitment to own personal and professional development * Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience of university teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level * Strong planning and organizing skills **About RCSI** RCSI is a community of academic, research, clinical, and professional staff working collaboratively to lead the world to better health.
