Job Description

We're seeking a Campaign Management Associate to ensure seamless execution of bespoke campaigns and events, guaranteeing error-free and timely releases.

As a key member of our team, you will coordinate with Media Planning, Creative, Analysis, and Production to ensure campaign work continues without pause or delay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all areas of one-to-one campaigns, working effectively with Media Planning, Creative, Analysis, and Production to ensure campaign work continues without pause or delay.
  • Review all creative assets to ensure they are complete and accurate.
  • Communicate recommendations effectively to both internal and external clients.
  • Perform pre/post production QA of campaigns to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and error-free campaigns.
  • Create briefs and execution documents from which a campaign can be executed, maintaining them, and ensuring they are followed throughout the campaign cycle.
  • Successfully prioritize tasks by urgency/importance and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiently.
  • Stay current with industry trends and dunnhumby media offerings.
  • Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively demonstrate the dunnhumby values and behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in campaign/account management experience.
  • Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
  • Preferred experience working within Grocery FMCG industry but not essential.
