Summary: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Allergy
Seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide expert care to patients with allergic conditions, develop nursing pathways, and contribute to nursing research.

About the Role
- Provide safe, timely, and evidence-based nurse-led care to patients with allergic conditions
- Develop and implement nursing pathways for patient education and management of allergic diseases
- Work closely with the clinical immunology team to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to nursing research and inform the development of evidence-based health policy
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret standard allergy investigative assessments, including skin prick testing and specific IgE testing
- Develop and implement nursing pathways for patient education and management of allergic diseases
- Work closely with the clinical immunology team to deliver high-quality care
- Contribute to nursing research and inform the development of evidence-based health policy
Requirements
- Registered Nurse on the NMBI Active Register
- Validated competencies relevant to the context of practice
- Broad base of clinical experience relevant to the advanced field of practice
- Eligible to undertake a Masters Degree in Nursing or a relevant Masters Degree
Desirable Skills
- Working knowledge of healthcare patient record systems
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Experience in teaching and assessing junior staff/nursing students
