Capital Project Engineer
Join our team at Castlebar site to provide project engineering support to the Kidney Care Solutions Group Engineering Team. Responsibilities include leading and executing key projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables achieved.
Work in a safe manner and in compliance with Baxter Health, Safety & Environment policies.
Write User Requirement Specifications and execute design/installation/operational/performance qualification activities.
Perform risk management and translate results into action and implementation plans.
Identify, develop, and maintain stakeholder relationships across plant network and support functions.
Support and adhere to personnel policies and procedures.
Plan and prioritize workload to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
Provide periodic updates to management and other relevant personnel.
Requirements:
Degree or Master's degree in Engineering.
Experience in a Pharmaceutical setting.
Manufacturing experience is an advantage.
Ability to work alone, innovate, drive change, and demonstrate positive impacts.
