Seeking a Car Sales Executive to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic team environment.

Doyle's Garage is a main dealer for MG Motors, GWM Ora, and Subaru, established in 1950, with a commitment to excellent customer service.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless car buying experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
  • Build rapport with customers and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options.
  • Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion to learn and a comprehensive understanding of the automotive market.
  • A full valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
