Seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team in Tralee, County Kerry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Motor Trade Sales. Key responsibilities include engaging customers, providing exceptional service, and maintaining accurate customer information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in the sale of new and approved used vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience.
- Manage car photography tasks and oversee the battery charge programme.
- Facilitate smooth vehicle handovers to customers.
- Implement the new retail model in the garage.
- Maintain accurate customer information and utilize the internal CRM system.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the current car inventory to encourage sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the customer base.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Enthusiastic about sales and exceeding customer expectations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Motor Trade Sales.
- Fully qualified driver's license.
