We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Valetor to join our team.
As a Car Valetor, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of our customers' vehicles, contributing to their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Exterior Cleaning:
Wash, wax, and polish vehicles to ensure a high-quality finish.
This includes cleaning windows, tires, and all exterior surfaces.
Interior Cleaning:
Vacuum and shampoo upholstery, carpets, and mats.
Clean and polish dashboard, doors, and other interior components.
Detailing:
Conduct thorough detailing of vehicles, including engine bay cleaning, applying dressings to plastic and rubber parts, and addressing any minor cosmetic issues.
Inspection:
Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that need addressing before and after valet services.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, explaining the services performed, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Maintenance:
Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are well-maintained and used efficiently.
Report any issues with equipment or supplies.
Adherence to Standards:
Follow company protocols and safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety in all tasks performed.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in car valeting, detailing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
A good understanding of various cleaning and detailing techniques is an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
Driving License:
A valid driving license is required.
Customer Service:
Good interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
