Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is currently recruiting experienced:
- Cardiothoracic ICU Nurses
- Cardiothoracic Theatre Scrub Nurses
- Cardiology Nurses
These positions are full-time. The hospital has 102 inpatient beds and 6 operating theatres in Cork city. The Heart & Vascular Centre at the hospital provides a comprehensive range of invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular services.
Patient care is managed by a multi-disciplinary team of world-class experts and specialists covering the full spectrum of cardiac conditions. The team of consultants also offers a high degree of sub-specialisation expertise to treat the widest range of heart problems. This ensures patients receive the most comprehensive and up-to-date range of diagnostic and therapeutic options, individually tailored to their specific needs.
Interested candidates must have:
- Registered general nurse qualification
- Full NMBI registration - active registration
- Previous recent cardiothoracic critical care or cardiothoracic scrub nurse or cardiology nursing experience essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
- Ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment that requires quick thinking and excellent analytical and assessment skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative and to be self-motivated
- Eligibility to work in Ireland - Stamp 4/ Irish Citizenship - no sponsorship at this time
