As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality person-centred care to meet residents' individual needs
- Getting to know residents' interests and needs, providing attention, support and companionship
- Promoting residents' mobility and assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
- Participating in social activities and developing good relationships with residents and their families
- Adhering to relevant policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Healthcare/social care qualification or relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedure
